That includes up to 1,000 AI answers a month. Past that, it keeps answering from your approved facts, so there are no per-conversation fees and no surprise bills. There’s no equipment to buy: it runs on our server, so there’s no computer to keep switched on at your end. What each care plan includes.
How setup works
- We write down your facts with you. The questions customers really ask: hours, areas you cover, what you do and don’t do, how to book, prices you’re happy to publish, and your policies.
- We decide what it must not say. No quotes on custom jobs, no discounts you didn’t give it, no answers to homework or off-topic questions, and a calm fixed reply to abuse.
- We test it like a difficult customer would. Real questions, trick questions and attempts to get it to promise something, before anyone else sees it.
- We add it to your website for you. The free audit tells us how your site is built, so we know how it will fit before you pay anything.
- We keep it current. When your hours, prices or services change, what it knows changes too.
Why not a do-it-yourself chatbot?
You can. Tools like Chatbase and Tidio start at around $32–40 a month, and you write and update every answer yourself. Many charge by message or by conversation, so a busy month costs more. Our guide compares them, with prices from their own pages: adding an AI chatbot to a small business website.
The bigger risk with the “reads your whole website” kind is wrong answers: an old page or last year’s price becomes a promise to a customer. That’s why ours answers only from a written list of facts and checks every reply. We explain the problem in why website chatbots give wrong answers.

Will it make things up?
It answers only from the facts you approve, and every reply is checked before it’s shown. If a reply mentions a price, phone number or email that isn’t in your facts, it’s replaced with a safe answer and your contact details.
Do I need to buy anything or leave a computer on?
No. It runs on our server, and we add it to your website for you.
Do you only work with businesses in Peoria?
We’re based in Peoria, Arizona, and work with local businesses across Arizona. Most of the work is done remotely, so it doesn’t matter where you are.
