How it works
- You keep your number. Nothing changes for callers who get through. Cancel any time, and switching us off is one setting on your phone.
- We register it with the carriers. Texting from a business number needs a one-time registration in your business name, which takes one to three weeks. We handle it.
- We write the text with you, in your words, with your business name.
- We test it by calling and not answering, before it goes live.
- Replies come to your phone, so you answer when you’re free.
Doing it properly
- We only text people who contacted you first. A missed call is the customer reaching out; it isn’t a marketing list.
- Customers can reply STOP at any time, and they won’t be texted again.
- No surprise bills. You know the monthly price and the per-text price up front.
